Penelope is a working-class writer and emerging producer. Her work responds to social and political issues surrounding exclusion and the stereotyping of class and being Latinx. She is particularly drawn to the everyday. She has worked in a variety of arts and community-focused roles and is in her last year studying Creative Writing at Birkbeck University. Penelope is a graduate of StoneCrabs Directors In Practice Programme as a producer.
