We are Recruiting: Interim Executive Director – Joint CEO
StoneCrabs is seeking an Interim Executive Director – Joint CEO (Part-time, 3 days – 0.6 FTE, 12-month contract) to guide the organization through a transition and plan for the future. The role may be extended, subject to funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share the CEO role with the Artistic Director, ensuring effective management and operations of StoneCrabs.
- Collaborate with the Artistic Director to develop and achieve the organization’s strategic vision.
- Oversee operational planning during the 12-month tenure.

- Interviews :
- First interviews (if pre-selected) from 12th to 16th May (Online).
- Second interviews from 19th to 23rd May (In-person on the Isle of Wight, venue TBC). We will assist with travel reimbursement if you are not based on the Isle of Wight.
- Start Date : Week of 7th July 2025 , including a 2-week handover period.
