Off Book is back!

Our FREE Off Book National Saturday drama club, for 13 to 16 year olds, is designed to be a creative, inclusive space where young people can explore theatre, storytelling, and self-expression; whether they’re seasoned performers or total beginners.
The sessions run on Saturdays at Quay Arts from 10am to 12pm on specific dates. They focus on building confidence, communication skills, teamwork, how to develop a character, theatre of images and theatre forum techniques, voice work, and acting for stage and screen.
This year we will be working towards several performance opportunities such as at the roaming Ventnor Exchange Arena as part of Can You Hear Us?, and a final project that we will showcase at the Saturday Club Summer Show. There will be opportunities throughout the year for members of the club to join us on trips to the mainland including a trip to the Barbican in November.
To sign up, visit our page on the National Saturday Club website.
VenTnor
Once a month on a Tuesday evening from 6pm to 8pm, we will be hosting a relaxed and social evening for anyone trans, non-binary, or questioning their gender identity. Held in a safe space in Ventnor, this will be an opportunity to socialise with friends, old and new.
Email katie@stonecrabs.co.uk for dates and venue details.
